What's the difference between Level 4 and Level 5 finishes?+
Level 4 is standard for most painted walls — a smooth surface ready for flat or eggshell paint. Level 5 adds a full skim coat across the entire surface, eliminating any visible joint or fastener under critical lighting or glossy paint.
Do you remove popcorn ceilings safely?+
Yes. We use full plastic containment, floor protection, and HEPA cleanup. We can also test for asbestos in homes built before 1990 before any work begins.
